  • Overview

    PFM is looking for an experienced, Philadelphia-based Senior Marketing Coordinator to conceive, implement, and manage our inbound and outbound demand generation function for Whitebirch.


    Whitebirch is our best-in-class, cloud-based, multi-year financial planning solution. CFOs, finance directors, and other C-Level executives leverage the Whitebirch platform to understand the future financial impacts of their decisions, and communicate those impacts to their Boards, City Councils, and other stakeholders.


    Whitebirch clientele include municipalities and local governments, utilities, colleges and universities, transportation agencies, and various for-profit companies. Whitebirch is rapidly expanding into other strategic markets.



    What you’ll do

    • Conceive and develop inbound and outbound campaign strategies;
    • Execute and own the marketing calendar;
    • Maintain and monitor our digital presence;
    • Maximize engagement across all marketing channels;
    • Analyze metrics and make recommendations for optimization;
    • Develop nurture campaigns to move MQLs to SQLs;
    • Participate in the creation of presentations and collateral; and
    • Research competition.



    What you’ll need

    • 3 – 5 years inbound and outbound campaign experience;
    • Knowledge and experience working with marketing automation solutions;
    • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques (paid, owned, earned);
    • Strong research skills;
    • Ability to work independently;
    • Ability to prepare and analyze marketing/campaign reports;
    • Ability to manage and grow our marketing database;
    • Ability to plan and manage meetings and trade show events;
    • Ability to monitor and manage the marketing budget; and
    • Ability to collaborate with sales staff to optimize campaign activity.
