General: Individual with strong Microsoft Word skills as well as proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, who is also able to multi-task and perform well under deadlines. In that capacity, he/she must be good with numbers. Individual must be reliable, and must be willing to work overtime, as necessary. Only individuals with strong Microsoft Word skills should apply.
• Researching, preparing, handling, and managing documents, data and correspondence
• Communicating with clients
• Organizing work load to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Assisting with general clerical duties as necessary
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and standard proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, and experience in Powerpoint preferred. Must be detail oriented, a multi-tasker, pro-active in meeting deadlines, able to work independently under limited supervision, self motivated, and highly organized.
