ABOUT THE FIRM

For more than a quarter century, PFMAM has managed institutional client assets consisting largely of state and local governments, not for profit and insurance entities and other institutional investors. The company manages over $100 billion in assets, with portfolios concentrated in short/intermediate term fixed income instruments, mutual funds and ETF’s.
Of the assets PFMAM manages, over $30 billion are investment pools through 17 local government investment pool (LGIP) programs and 2 SEC registered mutual funds. One of the SEC registered mutual funds is a government money market fund, while the other is a multi-manager series trust which offers domestic equity, international equity and bond fund portfolios that each employ sub-advisors to achieve different strategies. The SEC registered government money market fund and all of the LGIPs are administered internally by PFMAM. The multi-manager series trust is administered by a third-party administrator over which PFMAM provides oversight.
The Senior Investment Reporting Specialist uses advanced skills gained through training and experience to utilize internal fund accounting systems to provide clients and internal departments with financial statements, detailed trustee quarterly reporting and data required by third parties for the investment funds PFMAM administers internally. They will also assist in the daily oversight of a third-party administrator for the multi-manager series trust, as periodic reporting functions comparable to those for the investment funds managed internally. They must deliver superior client service through accuracy, timeliness and consistency.
