PFM’s Harrisburg office is seeking a Client Service Manager, which is an integral role within our Client Services Group (“CSG”). This individual will oversee a team of experienced client service professionals, including acting as a manager of our fixed-rate, fixed-term investment programs. The Client Services Manager will be expected to provide support to members of the CSG in order to provide PFM clients with best-in-class client service. The Client Service Manager will also assist with new business development and client relationship management to existing clients. This individual and their team work extensively and collaboratively with other employees and groups within in the organization to provide superior client service.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits package. PFM also offers the option for participation in profit sharing and 401K plans.
