The Corporate Finance Co-Op will work in the Corporate Finance division of PFM and be responsible for some treasury and finance functions relating to budgeting, financial forecasting, cash management, risk management, acquisition modeling and business development.
Specific responsibilities may include: financial reporting, financial forecasting, budgeting, assisting in the business expansion and acquisition process, including due-diligence review, financial modeling, deal structure and offer, assisting with the execution of hedging transactions, debt covenant calculation and debt management, liquidity forecasting, securities and/or industry trend compilation and analysis; running and developing customized analytical spreadsheets; creating customized charts based on the data extracts; running and developing reports for management and business leaders;
Additional responsibilities will include ad hoc projects for the Chief Financial Officer.
