PFM's Arlington office located in the Ballston area of Arlington County, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (internally titled “Associate”) for a small business environment/regional office within a medium-sized, national financial services firm. This position supports the administrative team within the Virginia practice. Recent graduates, upcoming graduates, or qualified candidates with related post-graduate experience are all encouraged to apply.
The PFM Associate (Administrative Assistant) is an experienced individual who possesses strong organizational skills, is able to handle multiple tasks at once and perform under deadlines. This individual will be responsible for preparing detailed work including the creation of presentations, reports and marketing materials for an expanding and active practice. In that capacity, he/she must be good with numbers as well as software. Attention to detail is crucial. Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential given the deadline-driven job requirements.
Entry-level or experienced Administrative Assistants are encouraged to apply.
