    POSITION OBJECTIVES: The Investment Data Management and Reporitng Analyst will work within the centralized Client Service Group (“CSG”) and be responsible for interacting with Management , CSG team members, and the different marketing groups throughout PFMAM.  The Investment Data Management & Reporting Analyst must be knowledgeable of all PFMAM products and services.  They are also responsible for understanding the history of our department and the products and pools we manage.  The Investment Data Management & Reporting Analyst works extensively and collaboratively with other members of the Client Service Group and the Relationship Management Team with the goal of supplying reporting and data helping provide superior client service that will grow assets in our programs and products.  This position is not client facing.  The specific responsibilities for this role are outlined below.



    • Manage and provide Reporting, including but not limited to:
    • Provide CSG and Management with custom reporting
    • Define CSG and Management needs on standardized reporting and provide on a routine basis
    • Strategically store data and activity related to the day-to-day operations of CSG
    • Provide Management with analysis of reporting
    • Create historical reporting for data or activity related to the phone calls, pools, TERM program, and CD program that are managed by CSG
    • Manage the library of reports and data, evaluate their efficiency, and organize in a readable format
    • Create, document, and manage the reporting that uses the task scheduler (if applicable)
    • Develop and manage ad hoc reporting and the request process for these reports


    • Create and participate in presentations for CSG or other PFMAM groups
    • Document and maintain procedures related to all reporting and databases
    • Participates in RFP responses and potential finalist presentations



    • Advanced computer and technical skills:
    • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access
    • SQL 
    • Visual Basics for Application (VBA) knowledge
    • Actively listens to others
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
    • Desire to improve processes, take initiative, and solve problems
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred
    • 2+ years of prior financial services industry experience preferred
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to analyze and organize data
    • Able to quickly learn complex concepts and seamlessly manage multiple priorities
