PFM professionals work with government officials, investment bankers, attorneys, and other finance professionals to develop and implement financial strategies on behalf of our public and non-profit sector clients. 

Responsibilities

PFM’s Marketing department is seeking a Junior Marketing/Design Specialist for our Harrisburg, PA office to support the writing/editorial, communications and brand management efforts of the team. This individual will be primarily focused on assisting, supporting and/or leading the following types of projects:

  • Marketing collateral and other thought leadership pieces
  • Email marketing campaigns and client outreach
  • External client and internal communications
  • Other design projects as needed in support of proposals
  • Market research using media engagement tools

The Junior Marketing Specialist position is a great opportunity to learn about the financial markets and gain experience in all areas of professional services marketing.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Ability to operate and interact effectively at all levels
  • Energetic and results-driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to manage a project from start to end
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take direction and change direction fluidly
  • Ability to obtain information from senior management and subject matter experts, and translate it into marketing content
  • Ability to work on multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum GPA: 3.00
