JOB OVERVIEW

PFM’s Marketing Group is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Professional. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, and highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

General

  • Support group-wide Marketing efforts and workflows
  • Maintain marketing databases for proposals, collateral and presentations
  • Organize and update Intranet (SharePoint) site for the Marketing Group
  • Prepare and send internal Marketing announcements

 

Production

  • Assist in the production, delivery and copy editing of new proposals and presentations
  • Assist in the production and copy editing of all marketing collateral

 

Administrative

  • Prepare client email templates using the email marketing database
  • Coordinate and track firm-wide conference calendar
  • Coordinate quarterly training meetings for project managers, including hotel accommodations, dinner reservations, audio/video needs, etc.
  • Prepare for in-house meetings to include ordering and picking up lunch, audio/video needs, etc.
  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports for Marketing Group members

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years administrative support experience; preferably in the consulting/financial services industry
  • Must be a self-starter and work independently
  • Must be a productive team player
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work overtime on short notice
  • Experience with proposal production preferred
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop preferred
  • Must be technology savvy

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
