Whitebirch clientele include municipalities and local governments, utilities, independent schools, colleges and universities, and various for-profit companies. Whitebirch is rapidly expanding into other public sectors, even while concomitantly focusing on the for-profit space.
PFM-S is currently seeking experienced salespeople to serve as Sales Specialist (internally titled “Solutions Consultants”). The successful candidate(s) will be expected to have a history and strong interest in software sales, and must be capable of understanding the essential elements of the Whitebirch software and its implementation and support processes. In this role, the Sales Specialist will be an active part of the business development / sales cycle, and will actively demonstrate the Whitebirch financial modeling platform to prospective customers.
Candidates must have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with a diverse group of internal colleagues, senior managers, clients, and prospects. Candidates must also have the ability to manage multiple and overlapping priorities and deadlines and otherwise own their list of responsibilities.
The Sales Specialist will work closely with the Whitebirch modeling team(s), senior managers, sales representatives, and peers to manage and execute several phases of the Whitebirch sales process. Interaction with, and management of, Whitebirch sales prospects is a key element of success in the role.
